Sales Manager | 5-Star Hotel | Cape Town
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Cape Town. This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong industry networks and a proven track record in achieving sales growth across multiple market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source, develop, and maintain relationships with key accounts across MICE, leisure, and corporate segments
Achieve sales targets through effective account management, networking, and prospecting
Create and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share
Conduct site inspections, sales calls, client entertainment, and attend trade shows
Collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure exceptional client experiences
Prepare reports, forecasts, and market analyses as required
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel sales with proven success across MICE, leisure, and corporate markets
Established network of local and international contacts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexible with working hours and available to travel as required
Package:
Salary: R40,000 per month, plus performance bonus (Negotiable depending on experience)
