This is not a traditional restaurant. The venue welcomes discerning guests for premium dining experiences, exclusive private functions, corporate events and carefully curated weekend activations. Every reservation is pre-booked, every guest arrives with high expectations, and every visit is designed to feel memorable. The restaurant offers an intimate dining environment of approximately 50 covers, with a chef-driven seasonal menu featuring refined small plates and an evolving selection of signature specials. While the venue is boutique in size, service is energetic, with efficient table turns and consistently high service standards. Were looking for a hands-on Restaurant General Manager who thrives in fast-paced premium environments, is guest-focused and leads from the floor. Description: Working alongside an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee the complete restaurant operation, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, smooth daily service and consistently high operational standards. You’ll be responsible for driving service excellence, supporting an innovative seasonal food offering, leading your team from the front and helping create an atmosphere that keeps guests returning. Requirements: At least five years of management experience within quality standalone restaurants or premium restaurant groups. Pre-opening experience Strong restaurant experience is essential. Candidates whose background is primarily within hotels will not be considered. A natural leader who motivates and develops a small, high-performing team. Passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalised service. Comfortable managing high-energy weekend trading alongside corporate functions and private events. Commercially minded, organised and detail-focused. Someone who enjoys building culture, maintaining consistency and setting exceptionally high standards every day.
