Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Reservations Agent Cape Town – Office Based We are seeking a detail-driven, technically strong Reservations Agent to join our Cape Town head office team. In this role, you will provide specialized backend support focused on ensuring seamless integration between our online travel agents (OTAs) such as Apply Below and Apply Below, Nightsbridge and the Semper system. You will play a key part in maintaining system accuracy, resolving interface issues, and supporting the reservations function to operate smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hospitality system knowledge—particularly Semper—who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Job Requirements · Semper experience – minimum 2 years (non-negotiable). · Working knowledge of OTA platforms such as Apply Below, Expedia, Apply Below, Airbnb, Agoda, etc. · Proven experience managing channel manager functionality ; interfaces, and syncing processes. · Strong understanding of reservation workflows ; rate management, availability updates, and inventory controls. · To assist with online marketing and be able to do site visits regularly · Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ; especially with interface or syncing errors. · Ability to analyse and interpret system data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections. · High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with rates, allocations, and system mapping. · Be very hands on and to assist with weddings and conferences Package - Salary: R Apply Below per month (depending on experience) Start Date: June 2026
