Here’s what you’ll be responsible for: ☎️ Booking Boss Own every reservation and enquiry — capturing details perfectly, responding quickly, and making the process smooth from start to finish ?✨ ? Revenue Driver Maximise room nights and rates through smart selling, upselling, and cross-selling across Mama’s spaces ?? ? Guest Experience Starter Be the first impression of Mama — warm, engaging, and always ready to create excitement before arrival ? ? Detail & Systems Pro Master OPERA and reservation systems to manage bookings, guest profiles, preferences, and history with precision ?? ? Communication Queen/King Respond to all enquiries with speed, accuracy, and personality — quotes, confirmations, and follow-ups done right ?⚡ ? Collaboration Ninja Work closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to ensure a seamless guest journey from booking to departure ?✨ ? Accuracy Champion Ensure every booking is complete, correct, and aligned with guest needs — no detail missed ✔️? ? Problem Solver Handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests with confidence and care ?? ? Performance Focused Drive occupancy, average rate, and upsell targets — always thinking commercially ?? ? Trust Keeper Protect guest data and confidentiality at all times, ensuring information is secure and handled with care ?✨ Qualifications MADE FOR YOU… ONLY IF ✨ You have at least 3 years’ experience in Reservations within a hospitality environment ? You’re confident using OPERA and reservation systems ? You understand upselling and cross-selling and know how to do it naturally ? You’re highly organised, detail-driven, and accurate ? You communicate clearly and professionally — written and spoken ? You can work independently and take ownership of your role ⚡ You bring urgency, energy, and a guest-first mindset ? YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ? Experience in a luxury or lifestyle hotel?
