Office Manager / PA Luxury Boutique Property Collection – De Waterkant A luxury boutique property collection based in De Waterkant is seeking an organised, proactive, and highly presentable Office Manager / PA to support the executive team and Heads of Departments. This is a multi-functional role requiring a confident professional who can manage front-of-house administration, provide personal assistant support to the owners, and oversee social media coordination, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Duties and Responsibilities Front Desk & Office Administration Manage the front desk, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and callers Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment at all times Coordinate general office administration and ensure efficient daily operations Organise and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems Coordinate procurement of office supplies and manage supplier and vendor relationships Personal Assistant Support Provide high-level PA support to the owners, including diary management, scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements Screen; prioritise, and manage emails, phone calls, and communications on behalf of the owners and HODs Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings Assist with report preparation, presentations, and confidential documentation Handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion Departmental & Operational Support Provide administrative support to all Heads of Departments Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR-related administration Assist with ad hoc operational projects and executive requests Social Media & Website Coordination Take responsibility for managing and coordinating social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels Plan; schedule, and post content aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning Work closely with photographers, designers, and marketing partners to ensure brand consistency Liaise with website designers and developers, coordinating updates, content changes, and ongoing improvements Ensure all digital platforms reflect the company’s standards, tone, and visual identity Governance & Compliance Ensure administrative compliance with company policies and procedures Liaise professionally with external stakeholders and represent the brand with integrity Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant, preferably within hospitality, luxury, or boutique brands Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems Experience managing or coordinating social media platforms Professional appearance and confident interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders Proactive; adaptable, and solutions-driven mindset To Apply Please upload: An updated CV A recent profile photo Written and/or telephonic references Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
