This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically skilled, organised, and hands‑on professional to oversee the maintenance, gardens, facilities, and operational standards of a premium hotel property. The role requires strong leadership, excellent planning abilities, and a commitment to maintaining world‑class hospitality environments. Job Requirements Daily operations, administration, and full property upkeep. Coordinate and supervise all maintenance and gardens team members. Must be hands on. Assess maintenance needs and prioritise work assignments, including emergency repairs. Oversee structural, mechanical, and electrical maintenance and repairs. Manage servicing and repairs of geysers, HVAC systems, pumps, and water systems. Oversee maintenance of finishes, ceilings, flooring, and roofing. Coordinate repairs and servicing of appliances (stoves, refrigeration, laundry equipment). Maintain and service fire protection equipment. Implement preventative maintenance schedules and monitor energy usage. Maintain daily logs, work orders, and completion validations. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections. Manage budgets, cost control, stock levels, and procurement. Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleaning standards are upheld. Train; supervise, and support staff performance and development. Construction background will be advantageous Support cross‑departmental needs and maintain strong working relationships. Ensure deadlines, project timelines, and operational standards are consistently met. Demonstrate flexibility for a 24‑hour operational environment.
