Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Maintain outdoor gardens and landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming trees and shrubs, watering plants, and general garden upkeep.

• Manage outdoor debris removal, clean walkways, parking areas, gutters, and rainwater channels.

• Ensure outdoor amenities are in top condition; clean and empty refuse bins weekly.

• Perform general repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fixing drywalls, painting, and leak detection.

• Diagnose and repair plumbing and electrical issues, start generators, check oil and fuel, and maintain electric gates.

• Conduct fault finding on building or electric fence alarms.

• Install structural fixtures, including flooring and ceiling tiles.

• Carry out custodial duties, including trash removal, vacuuming, and mopping.

• Attend to after-hours tasks such as fumigation, window cleaning, and alarm responses.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from occupants or supervisors.

• Follow safety protocols and collaborate with inspectors to ensure equipment safety.

• Assist with construction or renovation projects.

• Complete monthly electricity meter readings.

Requirements:

Familiarity with the following:

• Electrical and plumbing systems
