Area Sales Manager | Leisure Sales | Hospitality Do you have a passion for travel, hospitality, and building strong industry relationships? We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager – Leisure to drive leisure market growth and develop strategic partnerships across a portfolio of leading hospitality properties in Cape Town & Namibia. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow relationships with tour operators, travel agents, wholesalers, and DMCs • Identify and secure new leisure business opportunities locally and internationally • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and property site inspections • Represent the portfolio at trade shows, roadshows, workshops, and networking events • Negotiate contracts and maintain preferred partner agreements • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging travel opportunities • Maintain accurate sales reports, account plans, and CRM records Requirements: • Proven experience in leisure sales within the hospitality or tourism industry • Strong network within the travel trade sector • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, commercially astute, and target-driven • Willingness to travel as required If you're passionate about growing leisure business and creating lasting industry partnerships, we'd love to hear from you.
