✨ JUNIOR HOUSE MANAGER / ASSISTANT CONCIERGE ? Cape Town | Luxury Hospitality An exciting opportunity for a polished, service-driven hospitality professional to join an exceptional luxury property in Cape Town. We are looking for a hands-on; organised and naturally hospitable all-rounder who understands the art of personalised service and takes pride in anticipating guest needs. The Role Working closely with the House Management and Concierge teams, you will assist with: • Personalised guest service from pre-arrival to departure • Arrivals, departures, luggage and special requests • Guest transfers, chauffeur services, restaurant reservations and experiences • Curating bespoke guest experiences and thoughtful touches • Maintaining guest profiles, itineraries and reservations on Opera • Cross-departmental coordination with F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Culinary and Front Office • Property readiness, guest-area checks and daily operational support • Handovers, briefings, checklists and administrative systems • Supporting the House Manager and Duty Manager with light operational oversight We’re Looking For Someone Who Is: ✔ Sophisticated, composed and naturally hospitable ✔ Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail ✔ Confident engaging with international guests ✔ Proactive, discreet and service-driven ✔ Knowledgeable about Cape Town’s dining, cultural and leisure offering ✔ Comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury environment • Formal Hospitality qualification preferred • Strong administrative and computer skills • Opera, POS, Word, Excel & Outlook experience ? Shift work: Early 06:30–15:30 | Late 14:00–23:00 ??
