SALES EXECUTIVE – FOOD & BEVERAGE & BANQUETING ?️ Are you a passionate hospitality sales professional with a flair for building relationships and driving revenue? A leading luxury hotel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to grow Food & Beverage and Banqueting revenue through corporate events, conferences, weddings, private functions, and social gatherings. ✨ Key Responsibilities: • Drive F&B and Banqueting sales through proactive business development • Identify and secure new corporate, conference, wedding, and event opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, PCOs, associations, and local businesses • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and creative site inspections • Collaborate with Events, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless event delivery • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client databases • Monitor market trends and competitor activity • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions ✔️ Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or related field • Minimum 2–3 years' sales experience within hospitality, hotels, banqueting, or Food & Beverage • Strong understanding of hotel operations and event planning • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Strong organizational and administrative abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/property management systems • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required ?
