What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. 6+ years of hotel management experience in a leadership role . Exceptional people management skills – ability to inspire, train, and develop staff. Strong financial acumen ; including budget management and cost control. Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Proficiency in Office Suite & Email applications. Strategic problem-solver with excellent decision-making skills.
