What’s on offer: * Salary: R16,500 gross per month * Medical Aid: 50% contribution (main member only, Discovery Health – Key Care plan) * Pension: 6% contribution, both ways (Momentum) * Gratuity: Paid monthly in arrears * Shift Work: Early (06:30–15:30) / Late (14:00–23:00) / Night (22:00–07:00) The Role: As Guest Liaison / Concierge Relief, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—delivering seamless, personalised service from pre-arrival to departure. You’ll manage guest interactions, coordinate internal departments, curate tailored itineraries, and provide informed recommendations across Cape Town’s restaurants, cultural highlights, activities, and more. Every detail counts, from guest profiles to bespoke touches, ensuring each stay is truly extraordinary.
