About the job At Fluent, we don’t just manage spaces – we craft experiences. As a Guest Experience Host ; you’ll be the face of our brand, welcoming Guests with warmth, professionalism, and a deep sense of pride in the properties we manage. This is more than a front-desk role – it’s about being a storyteller, a problem-solver, and an ambassador for the Fluent standard. What you’ll do: Greet and check in Guests with a confident, personal touch Ensure seamless arrivals and departures. Handle Guest requests and complaints with grace, urgency, and resolve. Assist with pre-arrival communication and coordinate concierge requests. Collaborate with housekeeping and operations to ensure units are Guest-ready. Go the extra mile to surprise and delight your Guests. What we’re looking for: A genuine passion for hospitality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented; dependable, and proactive Ability to stay calm under pressure Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience preferred Fluent in English (bonus points for additional languages) Let’s be clear: This isn’t a nine-to-five desk job.
