This hands-on role requires a professional who can combine conceptual thinking with disciplined execution to develop and produce high-quality visual assets, while extending and refining the brand’s visual language across all touchpoints. Minimum Requirements: • Strong conceptual design ability with disciplined execution • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) • Portfolio demonstrating both conceptual work and high-quality production • Experience in digital, print, and social media design for luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands • Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography • Enthusiastic, curious, and collaborative mindset • Based in Cape Town Key Responsibilities: • Conceptual design: develop original, on-brand ideas that elevate the brand identity • Produce design assets for social media, brochures, digital campaigns, advertising, and lodge collateral • Extend and refine the visual language across all touchpoints • Collaborate with marketing, reservations, and lodge teams to align creativity with business objectives • Maintain premium standards in layout, typography, and design systems This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional to shape the visual language of African luxury travel while contributing to an internationally growing hospitality brand.
