Front Desk Associate & Hostess – Coworking Offices | Cape Town Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Associate & Hostess to join a dynamic coworking space in Cape Town. This customer-facing role combines reception duties with hospitality, ensuring all members, guests, and event attendees feel welcome and supported. Key Responsibilities: • Greet members, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour • Handle check-ins/check-outs, calls, emails, and inquiries • Assist with workspace bookings, meeting rooms, and event setup • Support event coordination, workshops, and community initiatives • Maintain tidy and organised front desk, shared spaces, and office supplies • Monitor security and access to the workspace • Act as custodian of the member platform and internal communication Requirements: • Strong customer service skills with a hospitality mindset • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to multitask and stay organised • Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and booking platforms • Professional appearance and demeanour • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or coworking environments preferred • Event coordination experience advantageous Package: • Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month (negotiable, DOE) • Flexible hours including weekends and evenings depending on events • Access to workspace amenities and professional development opportunities Candidates who meet the above requirements are encouraged to apply.
