Requirements
- Previous reservations or Front of House experience within a luxury hotel, restaurant or 5-star environment
- Strong guest relations and communication skills
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to manage reservations accurately and efficiently
- Professional presentation and a warm, confident personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems advantageous
