Cape Joy is looking for a multi-skilled Event & Hospitality Admin Assistant to support our vibrant guest house, Play Park, deli/bar, and party operations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years in events/hospitality (including kids’ parties or hosting)
- Graphic design portfolio (Canva, etc.)
- Social media management basics
- Willing to work weekends (non-negotiable)
- A joyful, calm-under-pressure attitude
- Weekend work is required
- Bonus: Barista or deli counter experience
What you will do:
- Plan & host kids’ parties – from superhero brunches to princess teas
- Design – flyers, signage, social graphics (Canva / Adobe)
- Social media – post Reels, stories, track engagement
- Assist deli & bar – pour coffee, restock, run the till
- Event admin – bookings, run sheets, guest communication
