We are searching for a highly motivated e-commerce customer liaison who is passionate about premium home décor to join our growing e-commerce team to provide our online retail customers with exceptional customer service and support. The successful candidate will be required to attend to work outside of normal working hours, as required by an always-on platform.

Our client, an established organization in the retail and design industry, is seeking a motivated Junior Customer Liaison to join their team at their Western Cape location. Duties:
Handle customer queries via telephone, WhatsApp, Shopify Inbox, emails, and social media platforms
Respond promptly to all customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products
Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds while maintaining brand policies
Support payment processes and troubleshoot account-related issues
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Hertex HAUS products, features, and benefits
Proactively recommend complementary products, accessories, and styling solutions
Assist customers in navigating the website and resolving technical issues
Gather customer feedback to enhance service and product offerings, and prepare relevant reports
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in customer service or retail
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in retail sales, interior design knowledge is advantageous
Competence in handling digital platforms such as Shopify and social media
