Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Domestic & Corporate Sales Representative to join the sales team of a luxury hospitality portfolio. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships across the corporate, conferencing, PCO, retail, domestic wholesale, and leisure markets. The ideal candidate is proactive, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify; develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, conferencing, PCO, retail, and domestic markets. Conduct regular sales calls and client visits to generate new business and strengthen existing relationships. Follow up on leads promptly and professionally. Conduct thorough client needs analyses and develop tailored sales proposals. Research prospective clients to ensure well-informed and strategic sales approaches. Prepare competitive and commercially viable proposals and quotations. Liaise closely with operational teams to ensure seamless implementation of new business agreements. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Grow and maintain regional and corporate client databases. Deliver product presentations and training to clients where required. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage. Develop and implement creative sales initiatives to increase market share and maximise revenue. Support sales and marketing activities by attending client functions, networking events, and industry engagements. Assist with sales strategies and action plans for properties requiring focused business development. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry. Strong operational and technical knowledge of the hospitality environment. Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
