We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all F&B operations in a luxury hotel, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities: • Lead and manage all food and beverage operations across the hotel • Develop strategies to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction • Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and compliance • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff • Plan menus, special events, and banqueting operations • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements Requirements: • Proven senior F&B management experience in luxury hotels • Strong financial acumen and budget management • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure • Strong organisational and planning skills • Knowledge of F&B trends, service techniques, and operational best practices Qualifications: • Tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field advantageous • Extensive experience managing multiple F&B outlets and teams If no response is received within 10 business days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
