Job Summary
Aquila Collection is seeking a capable API & systems integration team player to take ownership of our custom-built PMS ecosystem and integrations across our accommodation and activities operations. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining, optimising, and evolving the digital backbone of a fast-growing, high-performance travel business. The Role You will own and manage all APIs and system integrations connecting our PMS to booking engines, payment gateways, channel managers, and third-party platforms. Working closely with our internal development team and partners, you will ensure system stability, performance, and scalability while continuously improving how our systems communicate and operate. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain all API integrations across the business Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime Improve and redesign system integrations for efficiency and scale Work with developers and partners to evolve system architecture Ensure data integrity across reservations, rates, and reporting Implement best practices in security, documentation, and version control Requirements Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and backend systems Solid understanding of APIs and system architecture Experience managing or working with third-party tech providers and custom built environments Ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions Be solution-driven Experience in hospitality, travel tech, or PMS environments is advantageous.
