Our client, a leading retail supplier, seeks to employ a vibrant, energetic and customer focused Customer Service Lead to manage the customer experience and enhance service delivery, at head office level, in Cape Town
Please note that this role is ideally suited to a candidate who is able to fully take ownership of customer service and who has worked in a fast paced environment, with Advanced Excel skills, and who is able to provide reports and insight into improving and enhancing customer service to senior management
You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.
