Position Overview:
We are looking for skilled customer service professionals to join our team in an inbound call center environment. The role involves handling healthcare insurance inquiries, assisting customers with queries, and providing quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding healthcare insurance
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service
- Navigate multiple systems to resolve queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
- Ensure compliance with company processes and industry regulations
Requirements:
- South African Citizen
- Grade 12 qualification
- Minimum 12 months of call center experience
- Neutral English accent
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Social Media, Online Navigation)
- Soft skills and telecommunications experience (advantageous)
- Ability to demonstrate empathy in customer interactions
- Must reside within a 35km radius of Foreshore, Cape Town
Working Hours:
- Monday to Sunday (3 PM – 3 AM) – subject to change based on requirements
- Five working days per week with two days off
- Contact center operates 365 days a year.
