Collaborate with AI and creative teams to develop, refine and scale content output using insights and smart tools.
Optimise performance through A/B testing and data analysis—proactively suggest hooks, messaging angles and improvements.
Shape and evolve client tone of voice, aligning with brand identity while optimising for digital conversion across touchpoints.
Strong creative copywriting experience—ideally in performance or direct-to-consumer marketing.
Understanding of digital performance channels (social, landing pages, scripts) and what drives conversions.
Ability to craft and maintain tone of voice documents across diverse brands.
Excited by AI and data-led tools—comfortable using and refining AI-generated content to scale output efficiently.
Experience with A/B testing, landing page wireframes, and performance metrics to improve creative.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with creatives, strategists, designers, and data analysts.
Proven ability to write succinct, compelling messaging for sophisticated audiences.
