? Cluster Financial Manager – Luxury Hotel Group ? Cape Town ? Salary: R60,000 – R70,000 Negotiable DOE | Live-out Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cluster Financial Manager to lead the finance function across multiple luxury hotels. This senior role is ideal for a proactive finance professional with multi-property experience in the hospitality sector, capable of delivering strategic financial leadership and operational excellence. ? Minimum Requirements: • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Minimum 5+ years’ financial management experience, preferably within hospitality • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Leadership experience managing finance teams • Proficiency in financial reporting systems and hotel management software • Ability to work independently while aligning with corporate financial objectives • Candidate location: Preferably Cape Town; alternatively Johannesburg or Durban ? Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership & Strategy • Lead the finance function across three hotels, ensuring accurate and timely reporting • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with compliance standards • Monitor cash flow, capital expenditure, and financial risks • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies Collaboration & Team Development • Partner with General Managers and Heads of Department to support strategic decision-making and optimise profitability • Lead and develop finance teams at each property, ensuring best practices across the cluster • Mentor staff to strengthen skills, knowledge, and performance ?
