Cluster Financial Manager – Multi-Property Hotels (South Africa) ➡️ Live-out Role | R60,000 – R70,000 CTC (DOE) | Cape Town preferred Kendrick Recruitment is urgently recruiting a strong, senior Cluster Financial Manager to oversee the full finance function across a group of hotels within a South African portfolio. This is a multi-property role requiring proven hospitality finance experience and the ability to lead financial performance, controls, reporting, and compliance at management level. Cape Town-based candidates are strongly preferred due to operational requirements, however exceptional candidates in Johannesburg or Durban may be considered. Key Responsibilities • Lead the finance function across multiple hotel properties, ensuring accurate and timeous reporting • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with compliance requirements • Monitor cash flow, financial risk, and capital expenditure • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies • Partner with General Managers and HODs to support decision-making and drive profitability • Lead and develop finance teams, ensuring best practice and consistency across the cluster Requirements • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • Minimum 5+ years financial management experience, hospitality sector essential • Proven multi-property or multi-site finance experience essential (not a junior role) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capability with high attention to detail • Strong leadership ability with experience managing finance teams • Confident with financial reporting systems and hotel finance environments • Able to work independently while aligning with corporate financial objectives Package & Benefits • Salary: R60,000 – R70,000 CTC (depending on experience) • Live-out role • Pension Fund: Company contributes 6% and employee contributes 6% (includes disability cover, life insurance, and funeral cover) • Medical Aid: Company contributes 50% of the premium for the employee and immediate dependants To Apply Please submit your CV, contactable references, and a recent head and shoulders photograph ASAP. ?
