The Change Lead helps clients identify business challenges and recommends organizational change strategies tailored to SAP solution implementations. This role leverages in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge to ensure successful adoption of new processes and procedures, aligning with business objectives and SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess client business issues and recommend organizational change strategies specific to SAP implementations
Facilitate adoption of new processes and procedures in support of SAP solutions
Provide guidance on business objectives, processes, measurements, and change management tools
Lead Change Management delivery initiatives and transformation programs
Apply expertise across Change Management, Transformation Management, and Organizational Design & Development
Qualifications & Certifications:
8+ years of relevant experience in Change Management or related fields
Recognised Change Management accreditation/qualification
Experience in at least one of the following areas, with working knowledge of all:
Change Management
Transformation Management
Organizational Design & Development
Candidate Requirements:
Experienced, senior-level professional
Preferably with Public Sector experience
Based in Cape Town or willing to work locally
