GC Solar Cape Town is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to take full ownership of our Cape Town operations. What You Will Do   

As Branch Manager, you will be the heart of our Cape Town operations. Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading Operations
  

• Driving Sales
  

• Strategic Planning & Reporting
  

• Building & Mentoring Teams
  

• Marketing & Events
  

• Mastering ZOHO System
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5–8 years of management experience, with at least 3 years as a branch or general manager.
  

• People Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams of 5 to 30 people (sales, service, warehouse, logistics).
  

• Sales Success: Track record of achieving monthly sales targets
  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems (Zoho preferred), Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
  

• Solar / Renewable Energy experience – if you know the industry, you will hit the ground running.
  

• Experience in electrical engineering, energy storage, or technical fields.
