Job Summary
Position: Assistant Buyer - Homeware (high-end luxury products).
Location Bellville - Cape Town
SALARY: Negotiable - Market Related
Market Sector of high-end architectural design finishing fabrics, textiles and High-End decor. Specializing in exclusive, products, directed for Architects, Interior Designers and discerning homeowners seeking sophisticated, high-quality fabrics and furnishings.
Main responsibilities:
Co-ordination and administration of the buying process for homeware. Provide support and assistance to Products.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate - Mandatory
- Previous experience in a similar field advantageous
- Computer literate with with MS Office
- Good attention to detail
- Highly structured and accurate
- Ability to prioritize and multi task
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and cope in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license
