What You'll Be Doing
Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
Coach, motivate and develop sales consultants to achieve their targets.
Drive sales performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
Assist with stock management, stock takes, ordering and returns.
Monitor sales reports and branch performance.
Learn all aspects of branch operations, including administration, cash-ups and contract documentation.
Rotate between various Cape Town branches to broaden your leadership experience.
We're Looking For
Matric (essential).
Minimum 2 years' retail experience.
Previous telecoms retail experience is essential.
Proven experience achieving sales targets and leading or mentoring a retail team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexible and adaptable to working across different branches.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
