Duties:
Build and streamline transportation processes to ensure smooth daily operations
Lead and manage the branch transportation team, ensuring effective delivery of customer orders
Train and empower staff to maintain high service standards
Analyze logistics efficiency and costs, identifying areas for ongoing improvement
Control budgets, optimize resources, and work to reduce transportation expenses
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum of 5 years experience in transportation or logistics management
Proven leadership and team management skills
Fluency in Mandarin and understanding of Chinese business culture will be an advantage.
Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets
Proficiency in process optimization
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
