Job Summary

Duties:

Conduct site selection and perform comprehensive field inspections for new overseas factory projects.
Prepare detailed research reports to inform executive decision-making.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with local government authorities, community leaders, and stakeholders.
Liaise with construction contractors, monitor project timelines, manage budgets, and address critical issues to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee administrative and logistics management during construction phases and post-commissioning.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business management, project management, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic thinking, business development, and management skills.
Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Familiarity with the following:

Logistics and transport industry practices.
