SKIN CARE - SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Bloemfontein & Surrounds | FREE STATE PROVINCE - South Africa
START: 01 May 2026 / ASAP
REPORT TO: Sales HOD
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday (includes in-office days & on the road)
- 08:00 - 17:00
- Christmas & New year leave break (company closure)
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R15,000 per month (Cost to Company before statutory deductions & commission (includes R13,000 Basic))
- Cellphone Allowance
- Vehicle & Tyre Maintenance allowance
- Product Allocation (3x products per month)
- Sales Commission on all sales in your territory
- Performance Incentives and new opening order bonuses
- Company travel & overnight expenses (for any business trip exceeding 100km from office)
- Fuel Costs exceeding 100km radius - reimbursed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to travel to Sandton (JHB) at least every 3 months (quarterly)
- Be based centrally in Bloemfontein and able to travel to surrounding towns for client engagement and New Business Development
- Accountable to work remote (3 days per week required on the road visiting clients) and the remainder at your home-office space
- Applicable Diploma in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology (skin care knowledge & ingredients essential)
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
- On the road / B2B sales experience within Skin Care industry
- Professional English & Afrikaans command (Speak & Write)
- Sales driven and motivated to grow your portfolio
- Business savvy with proficiency and confidence working on sales apps & Computer literate and proficient in Ms Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)
- Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling - non. negotiable
(This position requires traveling within the Free State - and additionally, to our office in Sandton every quarter)
