We are looking for a Technical Operations Assistant to join our client's team in Benoni. This role is to provide high-level executive, administrative, and operational support to the CEO while acting as a technical liaison across IT, network, and support teams. This role requires previous technical support experience and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage CEO calendar, meetings, travel
- Prepare reports and summaries
- Track action items
Operational Coordination:
- Coordinate across departments
- Track projects and escalations
Technical Coordination:
- Support discussions on networking, VoIP, Microsoft 365
- Translate technical updates into business summaries
Client Interaction:
- Support client communication and meetings
Process Improvement:
- Identify and improve workflows
Minimum Requirements
Matric; Diploma/Degree advantageous
3–6 years technical/admin experience
ICT/MSP working history/exposure
Technical Knowledge
Basic networking, Microsoft 365, VoIP, helpdesk environments
