Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients to ensure consistent repeat business.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
Conduct regular client visits to maintain strong relationships and understand customer needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Present products and promotions to clients and negotiate pricing where required.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 7-10 years external sales experience.
Proven track record in B2B sales within the FMCG or retail industry.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
Bilingual - Afrikaans & English
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and results-oriented
Strong client relationship management
Ability to work independently
