GROUP FINANCE MANAGER (FINSERV) - R 900k pa - NORTHERN SUBURBS, CPTHybrid work model (4 office days, 1 work-from-home day)
An established and growing financial services group is looking for a commercially minded Group Financial Manager to join its leadership team.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a finance professional who understands the unique challenges of their niche finance environment, and enjoys working across multiple entities in a dynamic business.
Your experience should include:
- Group financial management and consolidations
- Financial services, lending, credit or banking experience
- Treasury and cash flow management
- Loan book accounting and interest income
- IFRS reporting, month-end and year-end reporting
- Audit and statutory compliance
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Developing financial controls and improving processes
- Partnering with executive management on commercial decisions
Requirements
We're looking for:
- SAIPA or CIMA qualification
- Finance Degree and articles
- Proven Group Financial Management experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment
