Our client, a luxury tented camp nestled within the scenic landscapes of Limpopo, is seeking a seasoned Camp Manager to oversee all aspects of operations, guest relations, and team leadership.

Duties:

• Ensure every guest receives a warm, personalised, and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
• Oversee guest arrivals, departures, meal times, and special occasions, maintaining high standards of service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns proactively, and ensure all preferences and special requests are fulfilled.
• Build strong relationships with guests while upholding discretion, professionalism, and privacy.
• Drive upselling opportunities across beverages, activities, private experiences, and retail.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the entire Kwafubesi team through daily briefings and ongoing performance management.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest tents, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain luxury standards.
• Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and stock levels, ensuring the camp’s presentation remains impeccable.
• Work closely with culinary and service teams to ensure meal experiences and dining occasions meet luxury expectations.
• Manage operational administration, including stock control, revenue tracking, and accurate billing.
• Liaise with Head Office and senior management to meet operational and financial targets.
• Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and security standards while fostering an environment of conservation and responsible tourism.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in hospitality or tourism.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent guest relations and communication abilities.
• Proven experience managing the full guest journey.
• Knowledge of backstock management, stock control, and financial procedures.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering luxury service.

• Experience in safari or luxury tented camp operations.

What We'll Give You:

• Salary: R16,000 - R18,000 per month (Cost to Company)
