Assistant Meetings & Events Manager – Luxury Private Game Reserve | Bela Bela Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and organised Assistant Meetings & Events Manager to join a luxury private game reserve in Bela Bela. This live-in role offers the opportunity to manage group bookings and assist in coordinating seamless five-star guest experiences. Requirements: · Minimum 2 years’ experience in groups or events management within a luxury lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment · Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills · Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities · Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) · Experience with OPERA PMS advantageous · Professional, calm, and solutions-driven manner · Strong ability to coordinate across multiple departments · Hospitality, Tourism, or Events Planning qualification preferred · Experience in a game reserve or remote lodge environment advantageous Package: · Salary: R18,000 – R20,000, negotiable dependent on experience To apply, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted.
