Software Implementation Engineer (AI & Agentic Automation)

We're looking for a Software Implementation Engineer who enjoys solving real-world problems using AI, automation and modern cloud technologies. If APIs, workflows and AI agents excite you more than maintaining legacy systems, keep reading.

You'll design and deploy AI-powered solutions that become an extension of our clients' workforce.

Your work will include:

• Building autonomous AI agents that automate customer journeys and business processes.

• Integrating AI with CRMs, ERP systems, payment platforms and communication channels.

• Designing event-driven workflows using APIs, webhooks and automation platforms.

• Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Testing, refining and optimising AI performance to ensure reliable production deployments.

• Working directly with clients to understand challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field.

• 2–5+ years' experience in software implementation, systems integration, solutions engineering or a similar technical role.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and system integrations.

• Experience working with Python for scripting, data transformation or automation.

• Solid understanding of databases, data mapping and data transformation.

• Experience integrating business systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms.

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A genuine passion for Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.

• OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic or other LLM platforms.

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• AI Agents and Agentic workflows.

• Voice AI technologies.

• n8n, Make, Zapier or similar workflow automation platforms.

• Serverless cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS or Cloudflare Workers.

• Vector databases.

• Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.

• Docker and Git.

• Agile software delivery.

• Loves solving technical puzzles.

• Thinks logically and enjoys building elegant solutions.
