We are seeking polished hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering intuitive, discreet and personalised service to discerning local and international guests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver exceptional, personalised guest service that exceeds expectations. Anticipate guest needs and provide seamless, discreet assistance throughout their stay. Coordinate with housekeeping, culinary, maintenance and concierge teams to ensure flawless service delivery. Prepare villas for guest arrivals and departures, ensuring impeccable presentation at all times. Assist with dining service, beverages and special guest requests. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion. Ensure guests enjoy a memorable and personalised luxury experience. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: South African citizenship. Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar guest-facing role within a luxury hotel, private residence, villa or lodge. Valid South African driver's licence. Own reliable transport will be advantageous. Willingness and flexibility to stay on-site when operational requirements demand. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional presentation with impeccable grooming standards. A calm, service-driven approach with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays and evenings. HIGHLY ADVANTAGEOUS: International luxury hospitality or private household experience. Experience working in 5-star hotels, luxury villas, exclusive lodges or private residences. Knowledge of luxury service standards and VIP guest expectations. Additional language skills.
