Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician with experience working on rotating machinery, including pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes and motors.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on rotating equipment.
Dismantle and reassemble machinery.
Perform repairs and overhauls.
Work with bearings, shafts and couplings.
Perform alignment and balancing.
Work with mechanical seals.
Perform troubleshooting and fault-finding.
Support maintenance and repair activities.
Requirements
28 years old or younger.
Preferably native Afrikaans-speaking or able to communicate fluently/conversationally in Afrikaans.
Good English communication skills.
Relevant technical qualification or trade.
Genuine hands-on rotating-equipment experience.
Experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes or motors.
Experience with alignment, balancing, vibration and/or overhauls.
Willing to relocate internationally.
