This role sits at the heart of procurement, managing the end-to-end sourcing process for technical services across both OPEX and CAPEX initiatives. You will lead tendering activities, conduct detailed commercial evaluations, and guide supplier selection to ensure fair, transparent, and compliant outcomes.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into effective sourcing strategies while maintaining strong supplier engagement throughout the process. Your ability to balance cost, quality, and risk will directly impact project success and organisational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full supplier selection and tendering process for technical services
• Execute strategic sourcing initiatives across OPEX and CAPEX projects
• Conduct commercial evaluations, including pricing and contractual analysis
• Facilitate tender briefings and site meetings with suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
• Develop and present award recommendations to key decision-makers
• Support procurement reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
• Identify and implement innovative sourcing solutions

What You Bring

• Degree or diploma in Procurement, Commerce, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in procurement and project-based sourcing
• Strong experience in tendering, RFx processes, and commercial evaluations
• Solid understanding of finance, contract law, and procurement principles
• Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency
• Strong report writing and analytical capability
• Professional certification (CIPS or equivalent) advantageous
• Valid driver’s license
