Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong contract catering background to oversee catering projects from concept to delivery and ensure operational, financial, and client‑service excellence. Responsibilities Manage catering projects and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, staffing and resource allocation Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Oversee operational performance, including quality, safety, compliance, and production standards Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations, and organizational quality standards Manage project finances including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost control Monitor contract performance and ensure all SLA commitments are met Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and service delivery Requirements 3+ years’ experience in project management ; ideally in contract catering or hospitality operations Strong catering background with knowledge of food production, presentation, service and operational controls Proven track record managing projects end‑to‑end, including timelines, budgets, risk and quality Excellent communication, interpersonal and client‑service skills Strong planning, organizing and problem‑solving ability; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Good financial understanding and strong administrative capability Relevant certifications such as Hospitality Management, Food Technology, Food Safety, Project Management or similar Must be willing to relocate to Aggeneys
