Luxury Lodge – Eastern Cape A prestigious luxury lodge in the Eastern Cape is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Duty Manager with some spa management (HOD) experience to join their dynamic hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading teams, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of both lodge and spa facilities. Key Responsibilities Requirements Minimum 2–5 years' experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Lodge Manager, Front of House Manager, or similar hospitality role. Some experience in managing or overseeing a SPA and SPA therapist Experience within luxury lodges, safari lodges, boutique hotels, or resorts preferred. Strong guest relations and customer service skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and property management systems. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Valid driver's licence advantageous. Spa Operations Manage the day-to-day operation of the spa. Oversee spa bookings, scheduling, and guest treatments. Ensure therapists deliver exceptional service and maintain treatment standards. Monitor spa stock levels, ordering, and inventory control. Drive spa revenue through promotions, upselling, and guest engagement. Maintain spa hygiene, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Personal Attributes Professional and well-presented.
