Role Overview
We are hiring a Level 2 IT Support Administrator to handle escalated technical issues, support critical systems, and maintain stable IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve Level 2 hardware, software, and network issues.
Support Windows, macOS, Linux, AD, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
Maintain CRM, VoIP, telephony, and call center systems.
Troubleshoot networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches).
Manage servers, backups, patches, and updates.
Implement IT security best practices.
Deploy/maintain routers, switches, Wi-Fi, printers.
Work with vendors on escalations.
Handle IT asset management and documentation.
Requirements
3–5+ years IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
Experience with VoIP (Avaya/Cisco), VMware/Hyper-V, and Azure/M365.
Strong diagnostics, communication, and SLA-driven support skills.
Preferred
A+, N+, Security+, MCSE/MCSA, CCNA or Azure certifications.
Experience in call centers/enterprise IT.
Strong cybersecurity awareness.
IT Diploma/Degree.
4–6 years' experience and advanced troubleshooting skills.
