Program Director / SOC Service Delivery Lead

Employment Type: Full-time or Contract Reporting To: CEO Role Level: Executive / Senior Management Role Purpose The Program Director provides strategic and commercial leadership for SECUREJEDI’s Managed SOC Service. This role owns customer outcomes, partner orchestration, service governance, and the growth roadmap into a scalable MSSP. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of co-managed SOC contracts including customer satisfaction and renewals. • Lead pre-sales and solution positioning for new SOC/MDR opportunities. • Oversee partner ecosystem management, back-to-back SLAs, and escalation frameworks. • Drive SOC growth roadmap, budgeting, and investment planning. • Chair monthly/quarterly governance forums with customers. • Ensure alignment to regulatory obligations and audit readiness. • Lead talent strategy, recruitment pipeline, and certification roadmap. Minimum Requirements Experience: 10+ years in cybersecurity services with demonstrable SOC/MSSP delivery leadership. Technical / Domain Skills: • Strong understanding of SOC operating models, SIEM/XDR/MDR, and incident response lifecycles. • Program governance, SLA/KPI management, and commercial ownership. • Experience working with enterprise security vendors/partners. Platform Experience: Experience on Fortinet SIEM/XDR/MDR is advantageous, but other enterprise SIEM/XDR/MDR platforms are equally acceptable (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel/Defender, Splunk, , ArcSight, LogRhythm, Palo Alto Cortex, CrowdStrike).Error!
