Qualification- Matric / Senior Certificate
- Proven B2B sales experience (min 5 years) preferably within Packaging, FMCG, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Food Services, or a related industry.
- A strong ability to build trust and lasting customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the drive to create opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Good organisational skills with experience managing a sales pipeline through CRM systems.
- Confidence working both on the road and from the office.
- A passion for sustainability and making a positive environmental impact.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Generate new business through prospecting, calls, networking, emails, field visits and following up on opportunities.
- Manage and grow our existing customer base.
- Present and promote new products to existing clients.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and client communication.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and activity KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to a positive team environment built on collaboration, reliability, and accountability.
