Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-driven Product Support Coordinator to support the Product Manager and ensure accurate systems, smooth internal processes, and well-maintained product information. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in the travel and tourism industry who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Requirements
Relevant diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or similar (advantageous)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the travel/tourism industry (essential)
Strong knowledge of Southern and East Africa, particularly 4★ and 5★ products
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with Tourplan, WETU, or similar systems (advantageous)
