Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Lead Generator to help fuel our sales pipeline. You will identify, engage, and qualify potential clients who would benefit from our ICT services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a good grasp of the ICT landscape
Responsibilities
Research potential markets and industries (SMEs, large enterprises) to identify decision-makers needing ICT solutions (internet, web/hosted services, IT infrastructure, VoIP, security, etc.).
Generate outbound leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, or other channels.
Qualify leads: assess needs, budget, timelines, and fit with our services.
Maintain and update CRM with lead data, communications, and status.
Set up meetings or demos for sales with qualified prospects.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns (promotions, content, events) that drive lead generation.
Track KPIs: leads generated, qualified leads, meetings set, conversion rates.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in lead generation or sales development, ideally in ICT/tech/managed services.
Comfortable using CRM, cold email/call platforms, and LinkedIn.
Ability to research and map organizational structures to find decision-makers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
Basic understanding of ICT services (hosting, networking, security, cloud) is advantageous.
