Step into a role where leadership meets strategy
You’ll lead and inspire a national team of 19 sales professionals, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the board. While your focus will be on high-level sales strategy and market expansion, you’ll still stay close to the action, engaging with key clients and unlocking new opportunities.
Working closely with executive leadership, you’ll play a critical role in shaping revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and embedding a culture of excellence within the team.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, evolving environment, perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, momentum, and making things happen.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5–8+ years’ proven leadership experience in senior sales roles (national or regional level preferred)
Strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Exceptional leadership and team development skills
High emotional intelligence with excellent communication abilities
Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office
Resilient, energetic, and thrives in high-pressure environments
Qualification:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Management (advantageous).
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally.
